This policy explains how Future Fashion Week Sri Lanka handles information submitted through the public website, application forms and email-update registration.
Information we collect
Depending on the application category, we collect identity and contact details, location, relevant experience, social/profile links, portfolio material, an optional profile photo, additional notes, and records of consent. If you register for FFW updates, we collect your email address. Technical security information such as IP address and browser user agent may also be recorded.
Why we use it
Application data is used to receive, review, shortlist and manage FFW participation opportunities; communicate about submitted applications; maintain application records; prevent abuse; and operate the platform securely. Update-list emails are used to send official FFW announcements and opportunities to people who opt in.
Portfolio material
Uploaded professional material is stored in a non-public server location and is intended for authorized FFW review. Do not upload sensitive information that is not relevant to your application.
Retention and later-stage information
The public form is intentionally minimal. Additional operational information may be requested later only when needed for shortlisting, fittings, scheduling, production or participation. Application records may be retained for a reasonable period for review, administration and legitimate project records.
Email updates
You may ask to be removed from the FFW updates list at any time by contacting the official FFW email address below.
